Just Believe in Yourself!

So my mom takes my little brother, Stone, to the Library every Wednesday for Storytime and to pick out new books. (Stone's only 4 and can already read like a champion.) Anyways a few weeks ago they were there at the library and my mom was trying to get Stone to help her pick out a few new books. Now as much as Stone loves books and reading he loves playing with other kids even more. He loves to spend his time "visiting" and playing with the other kids and he is a SUPER friendly little guy. :) So this time my mom was trying to get him to come help her get his books and he says to her, "Oh, you can do it. Just believe in yourself." She got a good kick out of that and went ahead and picked the books for him.

I thought it was a pretty funny story and wanted to share it. But I was also thinking about this a few nights ago when I couldn't fall asleep. (I like to write blogs when I have trouble falling asleep. Do you like how I never actually post any of these blogs?) Anyways, I was thinking that maybe I need to listen to Stone's wisdom and believe in myself a little more. I mean, I think I am capable of doing things but the problem is that I think and typically do not act. My belief in myself usually ends with the belief part and I need to be better and "going and doing." So this week I am Believing in Myself! I am setting some goals and I am going to accomplish them!

So everyone, you can pick out library books all by yourself too, if you just believe in yourself.
