I am normally not the biggest fan of frozen yogurt. I always saw it as a healthy substitute for ice cream. And for me, ice cream never needs to be subsituted for something else especially something that is more "healthy" for you. It seemed to me that usually things that were "better" for you were not necessarily "better" for your tastebuds. But Red Mango has proved me wrong. (And I know I am a little late in discovering this, but I was off treats for a little while for a competition my family was having. And I am pretty sure the Red Mango store that is only 5 mins away from me has just been open for a short time. )

Go try it. It's GOOD! Or try your own variation. They have a brand new flavor out too.
